Endoscopic Brow Lift
We lift the brow position and smooth the forehead using minimally invasive technology. A procedure designed to clear your gaze and eliminate a tired appearance without leaving visible scars.
Freshness and Openness
A Clear and Vital Gaze
With the passage of time, the drooping of the eyebrows can make the eyelids look heavy, projecting an image of exhaustion or anger that does not reflect how you truly feel. The endoscopic brow lift is the modern and subtle solution for this: through minimal incisions hidden within the hairline, we reposition the forehead tissues. The result is an open gaze, a smoother forehead, and a rested expression, without the “surprised” look associated with older techniques.
How is the procedure?
We analyze the symmetry of your eyebrows and the height of your hairline. We design the exact lift vector so that the result looks natural and does not alter your expression.
We make small incisions (1 to 2 cm) hidden within the scalp. We insert a tiny camera (endoscope) that allows us to see and work on internal tissues with total precision without opening large wounds.
We release the muscles that cause frown lines and lift the forehead and eyebrows to their youthful position. We secure the tissues internally to ensure long-lasting results.
Since there is no extensive skin cutting, the recovery is much kinder. You leave with a soft bandage, and swelling is usually less than in open surgeries.
Recommendations for Your Well-being
Before Surgery:
Wash hair with antiseptic shampoo the night before and the morning of surgery, as the incisions are located in the hair area.
Avoid dyeing your hair 1 week before and wait at least 4 weeks after to do so again.
Inform your doctor about any use of anticoagulants and aspirin, and discontinue supplements such as Omega-3, Vitamin E, Garlic, or Ginkgo biloba 15 days before surgery to avoid excessive bruising.
After Surgery:
Applying cold compresses to the forehead and eyes during the first 72 hours is key to reducing inflammation.
Sleep with the head of the bed elevated (using 2 pillows) during the first week.
It is normal to feel some numbness in the forehead or scalp during the first few weeks; sensitivity will gradually recover.
Wear a cap or hat if you are going out in the sun during the first month to protect the small incisions.
