Precision and Silhouette

Redefining Your Body Contour

Modern liposuction goes far beyond simply removing fat. In my practice, I utilize High Definition (HD) techniques to target specific areas such as the abdomen, waist, and back.

The goal is to eliminate unwanted volume to reveal the underlying muscle structure, achieving a result that looks both firm and natural. It is the ideal technical support to reach that level of definition that, at times, a healthy lifestyle alone cannot achieve.

How is the procedure?

During the consultation, we evaluate the quality of your skin and your fat deposits. Before surgery, we perform an anatomical drawing on your skin to precisely guide the areas we are going to define.

The procedure is performed in certified operating rooms under anesthesia (general or assisted). We prioritize your safety and pain control at all times.

We use specialized cannulae and technology that facilitates fat extraction, allowing us to work delicately to reduce inflammation and improve skin adherence.

Upon completion, we place a medical compression garment. We begin the recovery protocol immediately to ensure that the tissues heal in the correct position.

Recommendations for your well-being

Before surgery:

Perform complete laboratory tests to ensure that your health is optimal.

Stop smoking at least 3 weeks beforehand to ensure proper tissue oxygenation.

Avoid aspirin, anti-inflammatory drugs, and supplements that may alter coagulation 15 days before.

After surgery:

It is essential to wear the compression garment 24 hours a day during the first month to ensure proper contouring.

Attend lymphatic drainage massages punctually; they are vital to avoid fibrosis and accelerate the reduction of swelling.

Walk gently from the first day to activate circulation, avoiding intense physical exertion during the first 4 to 6 weeks.

Maintain a balanced diet, low in salt and irritating fats, to help your body reduce inflammation.
