Proportion and Confidence

Reclaiming Your Center and Your Confidence

Breast augmentation is a personal decision that goes far beyond simply changing a size; it is about feeling complete and proportional. In my practice, we do not work with standard measurements. We analyze the width of your thorax, the quality of your skin, and your personal desires to choose the implant that best adapts to your anatomy. The goal is to achieve a harmonious and elegant cleavage, where the result integrates so seamlessly with you that it feels as though it was always yours.

How is the procedure?

During the assessment, we try on different sizes and projections (external sizers) so that you can visualize the real result and we can choose together the implant that balances your hips and shoulders.

We make a discrete incision (usually in the inframammary fold or around the areola) designed to be almost imperceptible. We create a precise “pocket” to house the implant, either behind the muscle or the gland, depending on your tissue.

We verify the position and symmetry of both breasts with the patient seated in the operating room (table at 90 degrees) to ensure a natural hang. We close with high-aesthetic absorbable internal sutures.

We leave the operating room with a special post-surgical bra that will keep the implants in the correct position while the recovery process begins.

Recommendations for your well-being

Before surgery:

Breast ultrasound (if required by age) and complete blood tests.

Hydrate the skin of the cleavage and breasts very well in the weeks leading up to surgery to prevent stretch marks from stretching.

Suspend aspirin or anticoagulants 15 days before.

After surgery:

Use it day and night during the first month. It is vital for molding the final shape and preventing displacement.

Sleep on your back (semi-seated for the first few days) for 3 to 4 weeks to avoid putting pressure on the breasts.

Avoid lifting your arms above your shoulders or carrying weight during the first 3 weeks to allow the internal tissue to heal correctly.

Do not drive vehicles during the first 10 to 15 days for safety and mobility.
